Leader Unlocked is written by a leader with over 25 years of experience in the credit union industry, serving in leadership roles at multiple levels throughout his career. His work has focused on lending, operations, asset management, training, and team leadership, providing extensive experience in decision-making, risk management, and developing employees.
He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Tennessee and a Master of Business Administration from Tusculum University.
Throughout his career, he has developed a strong interest in leadership development, practical decision-making, and helping others grow professionally.
